Support
The Flat Rock Events app is currently in a private beta phase operated by Patrick Mikes, an individual operating under the name Serenica Digital, on behalf of the Client company that will own the platform at public launch. Support during the beta window is handled directly by the developer.
How to get support
Email us at events-support@serenicadigital.dev. One person monitors this inbox during the beta phase. We aim to respond within two business days.
If your issue is time-sensitive (for example, you are at an event right now and something is blocking you from using the app), reach out to the event organizer directly. The app is a coordination tool — it does not replace the organizer as your primary point of contact at a live event.
Reporting a bug
When emailing, please include:
- What you were trying to do.
- What actually happened.
- Your device (iPhone model, iOS version; or Android device and version; or browser and OS if on the admin portal).
- A screenshot or screen recording if possible.
The admin portal also has a built-in "Report an issue" button in the top navigation. It opens a pre-addressed email with some context already filled in — use that if you are signed in to the portal.
Account and access questions
If you cannot sign in, cannot find an event you were told you would be invited to, or need to change the email address on your account, email us at the address above. We can verify your identity through the event organizer who invited you.
Privacy and data questions
Questions about what we collect, how it is used, or how to exercise your rights under GDPR, CCPA, or other privacy laws are covered in the Privacy Policy. You can direct specific requests (deletion, access, correction) to the same support address.
Security vulnerability reports
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please email events-support@serenicadigital.dev with "Security" in the subject line and as much detail as you can share. Please do not disclose the vulnerability publicly until we have had a reasonable chance to respond and remediate.
After public launch
When the Client takes over the platform at public launch, the support address will change to a Client-owned email. That transition will be announced in-app, and this page will be updated at the same time.
